Companioning Life’s Unchosen Chapters

A calm, steady space for the hard parts of life.

Illness, dying, caregiving, grief, burnout, and the quiet ruptures no one prepares you for. Not therapy. Not a program. Just a person who stays.

Who This Is For

For people carrying grief, burnout, overwhelm, caregiving fatigue, or those before‑and‑after moments that change everything.

And for those whose body, mind or soul needs a place to settle.

For those who say things like:

“I’m just trying to get through the day.”

“Everything changed and I don’t know what to do now.”

“I don’t want advice. I just need a break.”

“I’m not in danger — I’m just not okay.”

“I don’t need therapy — I just need someone to talk to who gets it.”

If none of that sounds like you, that’s completely okay. This isn’t for everyone, and it doesn’t need to be.

If any of that sounds like you, you’re in the right place.

What It’s Like Here

It’s quiet. You don’t have to talk if you don’t want to.

Nothing gets pushed, pried open, or analyzed. I don’t give advice unless you ask for it. I don’t try to make things “better.”

You can cry, swear, sit in silence, or just breathe. You can show up messy, tired, angry, numb, or unsure.

I stay with you. That’s it.

What I Offer

The Dome

Tucked in the trees on private property, away from waiting rooms and fluorescent light. Built by hand, meant to be sat in, not rushed.

I’ve come to her more than once, completely distraught, trying to find my way through things I couldn’t see the end of.
— J.B.

Coffee On Me

A free, 30-minute, no-pitch conversation. Come meet me, ask

anything, see if this feels right. If it's not a fit, you'll leave

knowing that — and that's a perfectly good outcome too.
