Rest & Reiki
A quiet hour to come back to yourself
You don't need to believe in anything in particular for this to be worth an hour of your time.
You just need to want to feel a little more like yourself when you leave than when you came in.
This might be for you if...
"I can't remember the last time I actually relaxed."
"I'm not sick, I'm just... wound tight, all the time."
"I don't want to talk. I just want an hour where nothing is asked of me."
"I've tried a few things. I'm curious about this one."
What it actually is
Reiki is a quiet, hands-on (or hands-near, your comfort decides) practice meant to help your nervous system settle. You stay fully clothed, lying down or seated, usually for about an hour. Some people feel warmth, tingling, or heaviness. Some people feel mostly just... calm. Some people fall asleep, which is completely fine.
I won't tell you it cures anything, because it doesn't, and I won't oversell it as more than what it is: a genuinely restful hour, held by someone paying full attention to you.
A full session, roughly 60–75 minutes, in the Dome or wherever feels right for you
A few quiet minutes before and after to check in; no rush back out the door
Space to talk if you want to, or not, if you don't
This probably isn't for you if...
You're looking for a medical treatment or diagnosis. That's not my lane, and I'll tell you so.
You want to be convinced this will fix a specific problem; I'd rather under-promise.
You're deeply skeptical, and that's going to sit uncomfortably in the room the whole time.
That's okay, this just might not be your thing right now, and that's a fine thing to know.
